I purpose to be a role model of integrity, respect, kindness, and competence.  

I will design lessons with clear objectives founded on research-based instructional strategies replete with engaging tasks and activities.  

I will endeavor to instill a sense of appreciation of mathematics and learning. By creating a climate of rigor and exploration in my classroom (where students are challenged and encouraged to think) I hope to bolster their overall confidence in the learning of mathematics.
